Guidelines

1. Eligibility:

• Films screened at our previous festivals are not eligible for submission.
• Your film must have been completed between 2023 and 2025.

2. Submission Process:

• Submit your film to the designated email address along with all required details to avoid any confusion.
• Incomplete submissions may be disqualified.

3. Film Link:

• Provide an accessible download link for your film (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer). Ensure the link remains active until the festival ends.

4. Censor Certificate:

• A censor certificate is mandatory for every film to be screened. If you do not have one, inform us in advance.

5. Submission Deadline:

• No entries will be accepted after the last date of submission.

6. Film Categories:

• Ensure that your film falls within the specified time limits for its category:
• Short Film: Up to 45 minutes.
• Feature Film: 90 minutes or more.
• Documentary:
• Animation:
• Music Video:

7. Language & Subtitles:

• Films in languages other than Hindi or English must have English subtitles.

8. Film Format:

• Submit your film in high-quality formats such as MP4, MOV, or DCP.
• Ensure the resolution is at least 1080p for optimal screening quality.

9. Screening Rights:

• By submitting, you grant the festival the right to screen your film during the event and for promotional purposes.

10. Original Content:

• Films must be original works and should not infringe upon any copyright or third-party rights.

11. Selection Process:

• The festival committee’s decision regarding film selection is final and cannot be contested.

12. Withdrawal Policy:

• Once selected, films cannot be withdrawn from the festival.

13. Publicity Materials:

• Filmmakers must provide the following materials if their film is selected:
• High-resolution posters.
• Trailers or teasers.
• Promotional content for social media.

14. Festival Attendance:
